Potatoslices with Chives Dip |

8 big potatoes
2 tbsp. oil
salt
Chives dip
250 g sour cream
1/2 clove of garlic
1 punch chives
1 tbsp. soy sauce
salt, pepper |

Preheat oven to 180°C.
Wash potatoes and cut them into 5 mm slices. Place them in a bowl, add
oil and salt and mix well.
Cover an oven plate with baking papper and spread potato slices upon.
Bake in oven until golden brown.
Chives dip: Mix well mashed garlic, sour cream and chopped chives.
Season to taste with salt, pepper and soy sauce. |
