KLOPISKI  in  DILLSAUCE

Klopiski in Dill Sauce

800 minced meat mixed
2 eggs
1 bunch of parsley
1 large onion
4 cloves garlic
4 tbsp. wheat flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sweet paprika powder
1 tsp. hot paprika powder
500 ml vegetable soup
 

  Put the mince in a large bowl. Add the finely chopped onion, parsley and crushed garlic, 2 eggs and the spices and knead everything into a dough. Fold in 2 tablespoons of flour and shape a tablespoon of the meat mixture into a ball with your hands. Bring the vegetable soup to the boil and cook the raw meatballs in it for approx. 6 minutes.
In the meantime, prepare the dill sauce.
 

         Serve with: Potatoes
