Put the mince in a large bowl. Add the finely chopped onion, parsley and
crushed garlic, 2 eggs and the spices and knead everything into a dough.
Fold in 2 tablespoons of flour and shape a tablespoon of the meat
mixture into a ball with your hands. Bring the vegetable soup to the
boil and cook the raw meatballs in it for approx. 6 minutes.
In the meantime, prepare the dill sauce. |
