Cabbage Sprouts Salsicia Penne

500 g cabbage sprouts (Brussels sprouts)
1 onion
400 g salsiccia
3 tbsp. olive oil
300 ml cream
100 g parmesan (grated)
400 g penne
1 clove of garlic (chopped)
1 bunch parsley (chopped)
salt, pepper



Wash the cabbage sprouts, cut them in half and blanch them in boiling salted water for 3 minutes. Drain, rinse and drain well. Peel and finely dice the onion.
Squeeze the sausage meat out of the skin in small portions. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the salsiccia pieces in it all around. Add the cabbage sprouts, garlic and onion and fry for
5 minutes. Pour in the cream. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and simmer for another 5 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Cook the penne in salted water until al dente, drain and add to the sauce dripping wet.
Serve garnished with parsley.
