 Cheese Kransky Bread

4 cheese kransky
4 thick slices of bread
100 g Mayonnaise
3 tbsp. mustard
125 ml creme fraiche
salt, butter
 

  Roast the bread slices on the grill.
Cut cheese kransky into 1 cm thick slices and fry on a grill griddle on both sides over medium heat. He should form a crust when the cheese comes out.
Sauce: Mix well mayonnaise with creme fraiche and mustard and season with salt.
Spread slices of bread with a little butter, then with the sauce and top with the sausage slices.
