LEBERKÄSE  WOK

Liver Loaf Wok

Ingredients for 2 people

200 g fusilli
2 potatoes
200 g liver loaf
1 onion
3 cloves of garlic
2 tbsp. oil
1/4 tsp. chilli powder
1/2 tsp. turmeric
pepper, salt
2 tbsp. herbs (chopped)

 

 

Boil the potatoes and fusilli. Cut the meat loaf into sticks, slice the garlic finely and chop the onion. Heat the oil in a wok and fry the onion and garlic. Add the sliced potatoes and the meat loaf. Continue stir-frying. Season with salt, pepper, turmeric and chilli. Fold in the noodles, season to taste and sprinkle with the herbs.
