Boil the potatoes and fusilli. Cut the meat loaf into
sticks, slice the garlic finely and chop the onion. Heat the oil in a
wok and fry the onion and garlic. Add the sliced potatoes and the meat
loaf. Continue stir-frying. Season with salt, pepper, turmeric and
chilli. Fold in the noodles, season to taste and sprinkle with the herbs. |
