Liver Loaf Pan

400 g liver loaf
50 g bacon
2 onions
3 tbsp. oil
400 g potatoes
250 g leek
2 red peppers
2 tbsp. parsley (chopped)
Creme fraiche
salt, pepper
 

  Cut the meat loaf into small cubes, chop the bacon. Cut the onion into rings. Cut the potatoes and vegetables into pieces. Heat 2 tbsp. oil in a pan, fry the meatloaf, bacon and onion rings, turning, for about 5 minutes. Remove the liver cheese mixture from the pan, heat the remaining oil in the frying residue and fry the potatoes for about 20 minutes. Turn from time to time. Season with salt and pepper. After 10 minutes, add the vegetables to the potatoes and mix in the meatloaf. Serve with parsley and crème fraîche.
