LEBERKÄSPFANDL

Liver Loaf Pan

Ingredients for 2 people

2 thick slices of Leberkäse (meat loaf)
5 potatoes
1 courgette
1 red pepper
150 g peas (Tk)
1 onion
Salt, pepper, herbs of provance, caraway seeds
olive oil

 

 

Halve the onion and slice. Boil the potatoes and slice them as well. Roughly dice the liver loaf and courgette. Remove the core from the pepper and halve and slice the pepper. Heat the olive oil in a pan, sauté the onion, add the meatloaf, potatoes and courgettes and fry. When the meatloaf has taken on colour, add the peas and peppers. Then add the spices and season to taste.
