PAPRIKA  REIS  PFANNE  

Paprika Rice Pan

125 g long grain rice
1 red and 1 green bell pepper
1 leek
1 onion
2 garlic cloves
250 g minced meat
2 tbsp. oil
4 tbsp. soup
1 tbsp. paprika powder
salt, pepper
 

  Boil rice in salted water until al dente, and drain. Remove seeds and dice peppers. Wash leeks and slice into rings.
Peel onion and cut into columns. Peel garlic.
Heat oil in a pan and fry meat over high heat for 5 minutes completely.
Removing and sautee onion, paprika, leek and crushed garlic. Pour in the soup and let evaporate under stirring occasionally.
Add meat and rice, stir, season with pepper powder, salt and pepper and let all simmer about 5 minutes.
