PARMESAN  GNOCCHI  

 


600 potatoes
125 g potato starch
3 tbsp. semolina
50 g butter
40 g parmesan (grated)
salt
 

  Boil potatoes, peel and press them.
Mix well to a dough with pressed potatoes, semolina and potato starch.
Form gnocchi and let them simmer in salted water about 2 minutes.
Strain them stir in butter and parmesan.
