Peppers Pan

green peppers depending on flavour
6 potatoes
6 tomatoes or chopped tomatoes (canned)
750 g minced meat
tomato paste, stock cube
salt, pepper, paprika powder
2 onions
 

  Cut hot peppers into rings, fry them in oil and spice with salt. Set aside. Cut tomatoes into quarters and fry in a pan as well, if you can see juice, mix with a little tomato paste and season with salt, pepper and bouillon cubes. Set aside. Peel the potatoes and divide into eights and fry them over medium heat until golden brown.Set aside.
Sauté meat until brown and add the chopped onions, fry them, season to taste with salt, pepper and paprika powder. Add bouillon cubes and a little tomato paste and stir well. Now add all the other into the pan to the minced and mix. Season to taste again.
