PILZ   BRUSCHETTA  

Mushroom Bruschetta

400 g mushrooms
2 onions
2 cloves of garlic
2 tbsp. olive oil
4 tbsp. parsley (chopped)
4 tbsp. basil (chopped)
100 g butter
salt, pepper
 

  Cut mushrooms into fine slices. Peel onions and garlic, chop finely and braise lightly. Add mushrooms and fry over high heat until all liquid is evaporated. Remove from oven, season and fold in herbs. Allow to cool down and mash than with butter.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
