POLPETTE  mit  FETAFÜLLUNG

Polpette stuffed with Feta Cheese

1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
1/2 bunch of parsley
150 g feta cheese
500 g minced beef
2 eggs
2 tbsp. breadcrumbs
1/2 tsp. paprika powder
2 tbsp. olive oil
salt, pepper, oregano
 

  Finely dice the onion and garlic, finely chop the parsley. Cut the feta into 12 pieces. Mix the minced beef, onion, garlic, herbs, eggs, breadcrumbs, paprika powder, salt and pepper well in a bowl. With wet hands, form 12 palm-sized patties from the mixture, place 1 piece of feta cheese in each and seal to form a meatball. Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan and fry the polpette over medium heat until golden brown all over and cooked through.  

        Serve with: salad, ciabatta, garlic
