PROSCIUTTO  RÖLLCHEN

Prosciutto Rolls

Ingredients for 10 rolls

300 g prosciutto
Cream cheese (Philadelphia)
Pine nuts
ruccola
mini mozzarella
salt
 

  Spread a thin layer of cream cheese on the prosciutto slices, top with rocket and sprinkle with pine nuts.
Season lightly with salt. Roll up, cover with a scoop of mozzarella and fix with toothpicks.
