Potato Pancakes with Smoked Fish

8 potato pancakes (frozen)
8 slices smoked salmon
2 smoked trout fillets
4 tsp. caviar from salmon
125 ml creme fraiche
1 tbsp. horseradish (grated)
1 clove of garlic
salt, pepper
olive oil, balsamic vinegar
lettuce
 

  Mix well creme fraiche, horseradish and the crushed garlic clove. Wash lettuce and let drain.
Prepare pancakes according to instructions in the oven.
Marinade salad with oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.
Cover pancakes with either salmon or trout, put some cream fraiche on it and garnish with the caviar.
Serve with a salad garnish.
