Heat 1 tbsp. oil in a saucepan. Cut the sausage in
half and fry for about 7 minutes. Peel, halve and slice onions into
strips. Take sausage from the pan and set aside. Fry onions in the
frying residue, add sauerkraut and simmer for 10 minutes while turning.
Season with salt, pepper and sugar. Heat 2 tbsp. oil in a pan and fry
the gnocchi for 5 minutes and turn off. Season with salt and nutmeg.
Give the sausage to the sauerkraut and warm up. |
