Mascarpone Ham Rolls

Ingredients for 4 ham rolls

4 slices of ham
100 g mascarpone
1 tsp. anchovy paste
1 tsp. capers (chopped)
1 tbsp. parsley (chopped)
salt, pepper

Mix all ingredients and season with salt and pepper.
Spread cream on 4 slices of ham and roll them up.
Garnish rolls with tomatoes and capers.
