TIROLER  GRÖSTL

Tyrolean Gröstl

700 g potatoes (boiled)
300 g beef (boiled or roasted)
1 onion
marjoram, caraway, chives or parsley
salt, pepper, oil
eggs

 

 

Cut the potatoes and beef into flakes and dice the onion. Fry the onion in oil until golden brown and then add the beef. Fry everything well. Mix in the chopped leaves and season well. Roast everything until all the ingredients have taken on a nice colour. Prepare fried eggs and place on top of the finished gröstl. Serve garnished with plenty of chives.
