TOMATEN  BROT  SPIESS

Tomato Bread Skewers with Olives

 8 cherry tomatoes
2 tbsp. olive oil
4 slices white bread
2 cloves of garlic (pressed)
1 tbsp. parsley or basil (chopped)
50 g hard cheese (grated)
olives (green and black)
salt, pepper

 

 

 Wash tomatoes and roll them in olive oil, spiced with salt and pepper.
Cut bread into cubes. Heat olive oil in a pan and fry bread cubes
and garlic until golden brown.
Put two cherry tomatoes and two cubes of bread on wooden skewers.
Arrange on a plate and sprinkle with parsley and grated cheese.

 

     Side dish: green and black olives
