Tuna Burger

2 onions
4 garlic cloves
1 bunch of parsley
600 g tuna in its own juice (tin), drained
4 eggs
100 g cream cheese (granular)
250 g curd cheese
4 tbsp. olive oil
Juice of half a lemon
400 ml yoghurt
salt, pepper

 

 

Finely dice the onion and garlic, finely chop the parsley. Place the onions, garlic, 2/3 of the parsley, tuna, eggs, cream cheese and curd cheese in a bowl, season with salt and pepper and mix until smooth. If necessary, mix in some breadcrumbs/breadcrumbs for better binding.
Shape the tuna mixture into patties. Heat the oil in batches in a pan and fry the patties on both sides for about 4-6 minutes.
Dip: Mix the yogurt, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a bowl.
Serve the patties garnished with parsley.
