TUNFISCH   TOAST 

Tuna Toast

4 slices of wholemeal toast
4 tsp. tomato paste
1 spring onion (dark green removed)
2 tbsp. corn (canned)
1 can of tuna
1 tbsp. creme fraiche
1 packet mozzarella
 

 

Preheat oven to 200°C. Chop spring onion finely. Spread toasts with tomato paste and cover with spring onion. Mix well drained tuna, corn and creme fraiche. Spread toasts with tuna creme. Cut mozzarella into thin stripes and cover toasts with them. Gratinate toasts in oven about 10 minutes.
