2 onions
1 red pepper
2 zucchini
2 cans tomatoes Pelati
8 different sausages
1 stock cube
salt, paprika powder, oil
sharp ketchup, chili sauce |

Peel the onions and chop finely. Cut zucchini into 3 mm thick slices and
peppers into small pieces. Fry onions in oil add peppers and fry briefly.
add zucchini slices and fry, stirring constantly. Mix well ketchup,
chili sauce, salt, paprikapowder and 1 crumbled stock cube. Add them
together with the tomatoes to sautéed vegetables and mix well. Cut
sausage into bite size pieces, add to vegetables and simmer.
Season again and serve. |
