WURST  GEMÜSE  AUFLAUF 

Sausage Vegetable Casserole

2 cheese kransky
1 sausage
2 red onions
2 bell peppers (red, green)
200 g mushrooms
3 tbsp. parsley (chopped)
3 cloves of garlic
250 ml sour cream
3 eggs
salt, pepper, marjoram
oil, butter
 

  Half peppers, remove the seeds and stems. Peel the onions. Peel the sausage.
Cut cheese kransky, sausage, peppers and onions in equal pieces, mushrooms into 2 cm slices.
Preheat oven to 180 ° C.
First, fry the sausage pieces in a little oil around, then peppers, onions and mushrooms.
Drain well in a sieve.
Cover a casserole dish with butter. Whisk the eggs with sour cream and season with salt, pepper, crushed garlic and majroan.
Layer sausage and vegetables in the form, sprinkle with parsley, douse with the sour cream mixture and gratinade in the oven (middle shelf) for about 30 minutes.
