Zucchini Mincemeat Pan

2 kl. onions
2 cloves of garlic
5 tbsp. oil
800 g minced meat
300 ml of passed tomatoes
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 Zuccini (220 g each)
4 stems of basil
1/2 tsp. paprika powder
salt pepper

  Chop the onions and garlic finely. Heat 2 tbsp. of oil in a saucepan and sauté onions and garlic for about 3 minutes. Add minced meat and fry until crumbly. Stir in tomatoes and soy sauce and simmer for about 10 minutes. Cut the zucchini into thin slices. Heat remaining oil in a frying pan and fry the zucchini until firm.
Finely chop the basil and pick up something to garnish. Add zucchini slices and basil to the minced meat, stir in and heat. Season with salt, pepper and paprika.
