FEURIGE  ZUCCHINI  PFANNE  

Spicy Zucchini Pan

250 g Cabanossi (or garlic sausage)
1 kg zucchini
4 garlic cloves
salt, pepper, chili powder, dried chili,
olive oil

 

 

Peel garlic and chop finely. Slice sausage and zucchini.
Heat oil in a large frying pan, fry sausage briefly and remove from the pan. Fry zucchini in the frying fat for 5 minutes. 2 minutes before end of cooking add garlic. Add sausage, heat and season with salt, pepper, chili powders and dried chiles.
