Spicy Cabbage Soup

500 g white cabbage
1 onion
3 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp. paprika powder
1 stock cube
125 ml sour cream
1 tbsp. parsley (chopped)
salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, caraway seed
1 tbsp. vinegar
1-2 chili (chopped)

 

Peel onion and garlic and chop finely. Quarter cabbage, remove stalk and cut cabbage into fine stripes. Heat oil and fry onion, garlic and cabbage stripes. Fold in paprika powder und douse with 1l beef stock. Boil up and spice with salt, pepper, cayenne, caraway seed, vinegar and chilis. Simmer soup over low heat about 25 minutes. Serve  soup in bowls and garnish with sour cream and parsley.
