KARTOFFEL  HÜHNERSUPPE  

Potato Chicken Soup

100 g bacon (diced)
500 g chicken breast (diced)
25 g butter
3 potatoes (diced)
3 onions (chopped)
600 ml chicken soup (cube)
600 ml milk
150 g creme fraiche
1 tbsp. parsley (chopped)
salt, pepper

 

 

Fry gently bacon and meat in a pan for about 10 minutes.
Add butter, potatoes and onions, and let all simmer 15 minutes. Pour in soup and milk, bring to the boil, cover and simmer 45 minutes.
Stir in creme fraiche and parsley and cook for another 5 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper.
