Peel and chop onion. Peel and dice Kohlrabi and potatoes.
Sauté onion in a little oil, add diced vegetables, sauté briefly and
then douse soup. Cover and simmer about 25 minutes.
Cut salmon into strips. Puree soup with a hand blender, stir in sour
cream and season to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Serve garnished with slices of salmon. |
