Vegetable soup with Turkey Cubes

300 g turkey breast
4 tbsp. olive oil
600 g frozen mixed vegetables
200 ml white wine
1 liter of soup (cube)
salt and pepper

 

 

Cut meat into 1 cm cubes, spice with salt and pepper and fry in oil all around. Add vegetables and marjoram. Fry briefly and pour in wine and soup and simmer for 10 minutes uncovered.
Serve soup and maybe sprinkle with Parmesan.
