Wash and peel zucchini, remove seeds and dice them.
Chop onions and braise lightly in oil. Add zucchini, douse with soup and

simmer about 20 minutes, then mash with a immersion blender.
Season to taste with salt, pepper, nutmeg and lovage. Maybe refine with
