GRÜNDONNERSTAG  PUFFER

Holy Thursday Pancake

300 g spinach (frozen)
8 potato pancakes (frozen)
3 cloves of garlic
8 small. eggs
oil, salt, pepper, nutmeg

 

 

Cook potato pancakes and spinach according to package instructions. Sautée mashed garlic in oil, add spinach and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Heat oil in a large frying pan, add the egg and fry until it has just set.
Cover potato pancakes with spinach, fried eggs sit on and season with salt and pepper.
