Cook potatoes, best the day before. Cut onions ints
small rings. Peel potatoes and cut them into 1/2 cm slices. Fry potatoe
slices both sides until golden brown, remove them and keep them warm. Add
butter and braise lightly kidney beans, green beans and onion rings.
Sesaon to taste with salt, pepper and crushed garlic. Fold in potatoes.
Alternative: cut 200 g garlic sausage into small slices and braise them
