SAUERKRAUT   mit   NUDELN

Ribbon Noodles with Sauerkraut

500 g sauerkraut
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp. oil
100 ml vegetable soup (Cube)
400 g ribbon noodles (whole grain)
2 tbsp. parsley (chopped)
250 g sour cream
1 tsp. paprika powder
salt, pepper

 

 

Break up sauerkraut with two forks. Dice finely onion and garlic. Heat oil in a pot and fry onion and garlic until translucent. Add sauerkraut und fry them for some minutes. Douse with beef stock and let all simmer covered for 15 minutes. Cook noodles in salted water al dente. Now mix together sour cream, parsley and sauerkraut. Season to taste with salt, pepper and paprika powder. Drain noodles and mix them well with sauerkraut.
