SPINATSTRUDEL  

Spinachstrudel

1 pack of puff pastry
125 ml creme fraiche
800 g spinach leaves
200 g feta cheese (crumbled)
1 egg
4 cloves of garlic
salt, pepper, oil

 

 

Preheat oven to 200 °C
Roll out puff pastry and spread the creme fraiche in the middle.
Cook spinach, let cool and cut.
Then mix them well with cheese, crushed garlic and spices. Spreas in the middle of the dough, fold over the side edges, roll up and brush with scrumbled egg.
Bake in oven for about 20 minutes.

 

       Side dish: sour cream with chives
