Sweet Potato Peppers Pan

2 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
2 onions
1 kg sweet potatoes
5 tbsp. oil
1 tbsp.paprika powder
2 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 tbsp. parsley (roughly chopped)
2 tbsp. dill (chopped)
250 g quark
salt

 

 

Cut peppers into strips. Peel onion and slice into rings. Peel and cut sweet potatoes into 3 cm pieces. Heat oil in a
large frying pan and fry peppers and potatoes about 8 minutes, turn them from time to time.
Add onion rings and fry for another 5 minutes. Season with salt, cayenne pepper and paprika powder.
Mix quark with the herbs and season with salt and pepper.
Serve potato-pan with quark.
