EINGELEGTE  ZUCCHINIRÖLLCHEN   

Pickled Courgette Roulettes

2 courgettes
200 g feta cheese
3 cloves of garlic
2 tsp. herbs
2 chilli peppers
2 tbsp. white balsamico
olive oil

 

 

Wash courgettes and cut into thin slices lengthwise. Fry them in olive oil. Cut cheese into adequate pieces and furl them with courgette slices. Put all into a baking dish.
Cover with finely chopped garlic and chilli peppers. Sprinkle with chopped herbs and douse with vinegar.
Marinade 2 days in the refrigerator. Somtimes douse the roulettes with the marinade.

Tip: instead of feta cheese use mozzarella
