Baked Meat Patties with Potato Cheese

2 onions
3 cloves of garlic
8 tbsp. oil
1/2 bunch of chives
6 radishes
3 gherkins
650 g mixed minced meat
1 tbsp. marjoram (dried)
1 tbsp. paprika powder
100 g breadcrumbs
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
50 g plain flour
2 eggs
3 tbsp. fried onions

 

 

Peel and finely chop the onions and garlic. Heat 2 tbsp. oil in a pan and sauté the garlic and onions. Remove from the pan and leave to cool. Roughly chop the chives, finely slice the radishes and cut the cucumbers into wide slices. Mix the minced meat with the marjoram, paprika powder, 20 g breadcrumbs, onion, garlic and mustard and knead for a few minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. To coat, place the flour, breadcrumbs and beaten eggs in bowls. Shape the minced meat into 16 balls, flatten them and coat them one by one in the flour, dip them in the eggs and then coat them in the breadcrumbs. Press the coating down firmly. Heat 6 tbsp. oil in a large pan and fry the patties over a medium heat, turning them several times. Sprinkle with potato cheese, chives, radish slices and fried onions. Add cucumber slices and serve.
